We cover the SE Queensland/ Northern NSW regions (Brisbane to Byron Bay, and out to the Ipswich area. We already have a network of Buyers Agents from within our area of operations to interstate Buyers Agents.

We understand that many of your clients are first time investors and therefore provide a "one stop shop" style of service with our flexible and scalable investor packages, as well as, advice and estimates on property improvements (at no extra cost).

Our reports are written in plain english (no building codes or jargon). They also include colour photographs for each item/section which enhance the overall condition and appreciation of the property, and easily highlight any points we wish to bring to their attention. Our reports are so comprehensive this also removes the requirement to video the property. Our services are listed below.

In September 2023 the Queensland Government introduced Minimum Housing Standards For Rental Properties Legislation. Effectively, from September 2023, when any new lease or a renewing lease for a rental property in Queensland is signed, that leased property must be at the minimum standards (or better) as per the legislation. Our Minimum Housing Standards Report reviews the proposed rental property against the legislative requirements and either is allocated a Pass or Fail with reason why. This enables the landlord and property manager to focus on rectification works to quickly ensure the property is ready for the rental market.
